Beta POS normally works with the connected server. Supported desktop operations can continue from prepared local data during an internet outage and synchronize after reconnection.
Internet-outage capability is available in the native Windows, macOS and Linux apps with an enabled offline plan, prior sign-in and prepared authorized data. Android, iOS and web remain connected workflows.
During an outage, record eligible image-free sales in a durable local queue. Once connected, replay retains the original sale identity to prevent duplicate posting. Work remains pending until the server confirms it.
Search downloaded product and authorized business records without relying only on pages you previously opened. Access stays tied to the signed-in business, user, branch and valid offline grant.
Queue supported customer, category, brand, unit, income, expense and quotation changes. Dependent records wait for parent records to synchronize; unsupported actions stay online.
Review pending operations and their status, trigger synchronization, and resolve server validation or stale-record conflicts. The running app attempts synchronization on reconnection, on request and through scheduled checks; a server connection is needed to upload queued work.
Prepare the device before an outage. Provider submissions, external messages, independent approvals and unsupported stock/product edits need connectivity; offline operation is not unlimited access or a branch-wide local server.
Prepare structured invoice output with explicit separation between document generation, sandbox testing and production provider acceptance.
Generate UBL 2.1 invoice XML targeting PINT AE 1.0.4 for supported standard domestic AED goods invoices, from the POS and merchant web workspace.
Load available merchant and customer identity details, review TIN, TRN, address and trade-licence fields, and complete export-only information without silently changing saved profiles.
The current export supports reconciled piece-based goods invoices with recorded 5% invoice VAT and named VAT-registered buyers. Unsupported discounts, charges, returns, currencies or payment cases are rejected for review.
A configured outbound sandbox adapter supports preparation, explicit submission and status reconciliation. Sandbox credentials and acceptance testing are required; it is not a live production exchange service.
Use UAE VAT-return and India GST/GSTR-1 reporting workflows with regional invoice settings. India IRP and Saudi Phase 2 production submission are not included in these reports.
PINT AE XML export is not government approval, provider acceptance or an accredited service-provider claim. Agree production sending, receiving, credit-note and reconciliation requirements with the appointed provider.
Compare the businesses you manage without mixing their stock ownership, permissions or currencies.
An authorized merchant administrator can access linked businesses through their individual business roles. Staff and fixed branch assignments retain their own access limits.
Compare matching code/SKU and unit identities in a matrix with named business columns, branch details, purchase and selling price ranges, stock and recorded net sales.
Find current batches priced at or below their recorded purchase cost and review permitted batch retail-price changes. Historical invoice prices are retained.
Export the complete filtered comparison with each included business authorized separately. Currencies and units remain explicit; the comparison does not invent currency conversions or combine unrelated products.
Import shared product-master names, barcodes and supported product images into an independent catalogue. Private commercial prices, stock and transaction histories are not copied with the shared master.
Move stock between permitted branches and warehouses within one business. Cross-business comparison and catalogue reuse do not post intercompany stock transfers between separate legal businesses.
Extend the counter workflow into delivery routes, production, repeat orders and controlled customer communications.
Assign vehicles, vehicle warehouses, drivers and permitted customers. Use loading/unloading transfers, route sales and returns, then review stock and sales evidence before settlement.
Maintain versioned pack-to-unit conversions and packing barcodes while preserving the quantities and prices recorded on original sales, purchases and returns.
Record component issues, returns, waste, assembly/disassembly and completion against versioned bills of materials, with reviewed inventory and work-in-progress controls.
Prepare draft or proforma documents and recurring templates, then convert reviewed drafts into actual sales. A draft alone does not post revenue or collect payment.
Track partial dispatch, receipt and cancellation against an existing invoice without repeating the original stock, payment or customer-due effects.
Configure customer consent, order-status messages and scheduled Z-report delivery with delivery history. Actual WhatsApp credentials, approved templates and provider acceptance remain deployment requirements.
Prepare your data, devices and regional settings for a practical rollout.
Configure INR, AED, SAR or QAR, decimal precision and applicable GST or VAT masters for India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Use business identity and tax details on configured A4 or thermal layouts, including bilingual receipt workflows.
Configure business tax identity, VAT/GST records and supported PINT AE export. Confirm country-specific filing and live provider exchange separately.
Bring supported master data into the system through CSV import workflows and validate it before go-live.
Prepare authorized data and test eligible offline operations on your selected desktop terminal before relying on it during an outage.
Receive kitchen-cancellation and drawer-close summaries after connecting a WhatsApp Business API account and approved templates. Account setup is required.
POS for your business type
Start with shared billing and management controls, then configure the workflows that match how your team sells, serves customers, stores products and closes each day.
Food teams need orders, service modes, kitchen handoff, payments and bills to stay connected during busy shifts.
Large catalogues, several counters and distributed storage make price accuracy and stock visibility difficult.
Neighbourhood stores need a fast counter, simple replenishment and reliable shift cash control without enterprise overhead.
Retailers need to distinguish variants and serialised or barcoded items while keeping returns and customer history traceable.
Wholesale teams handle larger quantities, negotiated pricing, credit customers and stock across warehouses or branches.
Service providers need professional billing and financial control even when physical inventory is not part of the job.
Trade counters combine varied units, quotations, customer credit, bulk stock and repeat supplier purchasing.
Owners need location-level control without losing visibility across the wider business.
Use cases
Configure barcodes, variants, offers, customer accounts, returns and daily counter reconciliation.
Coordinate multiple counters, high-volume catalogues, shelf/rack locations, purchasing, stock alerts and branches.
Support dine-in tables, takeaway, delivery, kitchen status, split tender and printed bills.
Manage tiered pricing, bulk quantities, supplier purchases, customer credit, warehouses and transfers.
Bill services, collect customer payments, track dues and expenses, and review financial reports.
Separate branch activity while business owners and authorized staff retain consolidated operational visibility.
Implementation
We confirm scope, configure the agreed workflows, prepare data, train users and validate the go-live plan with your team.
Frequently asked questions
Beta POS exports supported standard domestic AED goods invoices as UBL 2.1 XML targeting PINT AE 1.0.4, with identity review and validation of supported cases. An outbound ASP sandbox workflow is also available after account setup. These capabilities do not imply production provider exchange, inbound receiving, government approval or certification; production acceptance is a separate onboarding step.
An authorized administrator can compare linked businesses in a side-by-side product matrix using verified product codes and units, with stock, purchase/selling prices and recorded sales. Each business and export permission is checked independently. This is comparison of your authorized businesses, not access to competitors or an automatic currency conversion.
Shared catalogue imports reuse supported product-master data without copying private prices or stock. Stock transfers move goods between branches or warehouses within one business. Cross-business reports compare authorized businesses but do not create stock transfers between separate businesses.

Optional owner or manager alerts cover kitchen cancellations and drawer-close summaries. Order-status messages and scheduled Z reports also have configured delivery workflows and history. Customer messaging requires consent, and actual WhatsApp credentials, approved templates and provider acceptance are required; configuration alone does not prove delivery.
